It was great until that point. I contacted the company and explained the situation They asked me to preform a couple very simple tests. After they determined it was the battery contact that was the issue they offered to fix my current one or replace it with their new model. I have used the new shaver a few times and like it even better. Their customer service is a model for all companies. No hassle just got us a working product and intern have loyal customers. This is the worst product I have probably ever purchased. The blades are dull, nothing gets cut and if it does, its just as likely to be your skin. I'm actually considering setting these on fire, but that seems like too kind of a death. Do not buy under any circumstances, you'll have just as much body after buying this as you did before. |
